TEN KEY REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD CHOOSE A TFZ Series Boiler
Many of our competitors' boiler designs are based on 1960's technology. Our TFZ series boilers offer innovative design, maximising efficiency. These boilers are of unique design, running in a steam vacuum. Due to the negative pressures, steam is formed at below 100°C. A large heat exchanger in the top of the unit is heated by the steam vapour heating the secondary water or process water. The primary side of the unit is a closed loop requiring no makeup water as the steam is continuously condensing as it gives up its energy. An advantage of this design is that the boilers are classed as low hazard. The heat exchanger however is able to cope with high pressures commonly encountered in process equipment or the heat experienced in multi-level buildings.
Quality manufacturing process:
The TFZ range of boilers are designed and manufactured under an ISO9000 quality management system to ensure quality.
Energy Plant Solutions' TFZ series Vacuum Hot Water boilers provide efficiency of >89% gross efficiency to minimise your fuel consumption. A large combustion space with increased surface area provides superior energy transfer from the combustion gas into the water. Fire tubes are fitted with flame diffusers to introduce flue gas turbulence to maximise heat transfer and efficiency.
The superior insulation system on the TZL series boilers comprises a multi-layer system. Thick fibre glass insulation is attached to the boiler; this is then wrapped in a thick silver blanket to reflect heat back inward. This insulation provides extensive heat retention in the flue gas and reduces radiant and conductive losses to atmosphere, achieving optimal flue gas efficiency and exterior boiler surface temperatures of below 50°C.
As there are no external secondary heat exchangers the units are extremely compact, saving space in plant rooms.
Hinging doors on the outer casing allow for easy access for inspection, cleaning and maintenance.
Optimal boiler efficiency provides superior boiler performance over our competitors' products, reducing the amount of fuel required to achieve the same boiler output. This reduces the impact on the environment and the overall ongoing operational costs associated with the boiler. Condenser options are available on some models to further enhance the performance of our package boilers, reducing fuel consumption, operating costs and CO2 emissions even more.
High quality ancillaries:
EPS use high quality European valves, burners and control equipment on the TFZ range. The quality of this equipment ensures superior control and on going reliability.
Advanced control system:
Our market leading package boiler control system is modeled around the Siemens' LMV combustion control system and our PLC, providing accurate and repeatable burner control and excellent overall boiler control. Our Oilon burner range provides high combustion efficiency operating at low excess air levels. In addition, EPS can offer variable speed combustion fan control and automated oxygen trim to further optimise electricity and fuel savings for the life of the boiler. Our control system comprises a 10" colour touch screen operator interface with PLC control, animated to indicate current boiler control status, boiler fault descriptions, trending and testing functions. A cellular modem provides the ability to contact responsible persons assigned to the boiler via cell phone or pager, with a description of the actual fault should it occur.
